Has BP killed our Ocean? What will the long term effect be on the entire planet?

Do any of you know what is happening to the Ocean life right now, due to the oil spill? I have a terrible feeling that BP has killed that entire Ocean, and that our whole planet will be in devastation by years end. Pray for our Ocean, and pray for the whole planet, people are destroying it.
